A small open space located atop the Robert C. Levy Tunnel, at Himmelmann Place (between Taylor and Mason Streets). This is a good place to stop and rest after climbing Russian Hill.
Broadway Tunnel East Mini Park is owned by the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department.
