"This is not for the younger crowd--these cement slides are the only feature of this tiny park, and they aren't for the beginning slider. But if you have an older child who has a need for speed and is a proficient climber (to get back to the top), this park is perfect. And it appears to be very popular with the young adult and hipster set, too. Bring cardboard for a super-fast slide, and be sure to wear sturdy pants."

The Seward Mini Park is owned by the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department.
This is a really cool and unique place for any city! Concrete slides bring out the kid in everyone!
This will require some walking.
The closest route is the 35-Eureka. Take that bus to 20th St. and Eureka St., walk west along 20th to Douglass, head south (left) on Douglass to Corwin Street, make a right (west) on Corwin - Acme Alley and Seward Mini Park will be on the right.
If you don't live on or near the 35-Eureka line, you can transfer at Castro Station from the F streetcar or the K/L/M/T Metro trains. If you have to take the N-Judah, get off at Duboce, Park, then double back along Duboce Street to Divisidero/Castro. From there, take the 24-Divisidero to Market and Castro, and transfer to the 35-Eureka.
