This park has just been renovated and completed in June 2008. Upper Noe offers the neighborhood a brand new playground with a sand pit, an indoor gym, a baseball diamond and multipurpose field, basketball and tennis courts, and a recreation center with restrooms. Upper Noe Rec. Center is owned by the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department.
